DFR Technical Textiles weaves engineered filtration media at GIDC Chhatral, Gujarat, on brand-new German Dornier rapier looms, then finishes, inspects, cuts, stitches and fabricates it in the same plant. Nothing is subcontracted, so nothing is left to chance — the fabric that leaves our Filter Fabrication Centre carries a single, traceable quality record from the yarn it started as.

Polymer Selection
PP, PET and PA as standard — with PPS, PEEK, PTFE, PVDF and specialty polymers on request. Each balances chemical resistance, strength and temperature differently.

Yarn Construction
Monofilament for cake release and cleanability, multifilament for retention and strength, staple for depth filtration — or engineered hybrids.

Weave Architecture
Plain, twill, sateen, broken twill and oxford weaves control porosity, flow, strength and blinding resistance — plus fully custom constructions.

Surface Engineering
