Quality claims are only as good as the instrument behind them. Our air permeability testing is carried out on high-precision Textest systems from Switzerland, and every fabric property we quote is measured against a published ASTM or EN method — not an internal scale.

Where Testing Changes the Outcome

Permeability

Air permeability is the single best early predictor of flow rate and blinding behaviour in service. Measuring it on every lot is how we keep cycle times stable across repeat orders.

Pore Opening

Bubble point testing identifies the largest pore in the fabric — the one that determines filtrate clarity. It is the difference between a specification and a guess.

Antistatic Behaviour

For solvent and fine-powder duty, surface resistivity, decay half time and shielding factor are safety parameters. We test to EN 1149-1 and EN 1149-3 in our own lab.
